                        Beef Stroganoff
            Ingredients for 6 Servings
- 
    1 tbspOlive oil
- 
    8 ozMushrooms, sliced
- 
    2 tbspButter
- 
    1/2Onion, diced
- 
    1 cloveGarlic, minced
- 
    1 lbGround beef, 80/20
- 
    3 tbsFlour
- 
    1 tspPaprika
- 
    4 1/2 cupsBeef broth
- 
    4 cupsEgg noodles, dry
- 
    1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
- 
    1/2 cupSour cream

Method
-             Heat olive oil in a stockpot on medium heat. Add mushrooms, and coo until soft and edges begin to brown. Remove from stockpot and set aside.
-             Add butter to stockpot and melt over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until slightly browned and fragrant, 5-7 minutes.
-             Add ground beef and cook until browned.
-             In a small bowl, combine flour and paprika. Add to ground beef mixture and cook for 2 minutes.
-             Pour ½ cup of the beef broth into the pan and scrape the bottom to remove the browned bits, then add the additional 4 cups of beef broth. Bring to a boil and add egg noodles. Cook for 5-7 minutes until egg noodles are tender. Add Worcestershire sauce and sour cream and stir to combine.
